Selecting a style and finish that reflects your unique taste is a critical part of creating the right look. But choosing hardware involves more than just appearance — function and operation are essential, which is why Loewen offers a wide range of handles, locking systems and other hardware choices — from the most traditional to the most contemporary. Hardware must also offer intelligent design and flexibility. This is why Loewen gives you options, such as foldaway or “T” style handles — useful when drapes or blinds fit tight against a window or when access space is limited.

For hard-to-reach windows, optional motorized operators can be activated by a simple wall switch or battery operated remote control.

Concealed Multi-Point Locking System

Loewen Casement windows are available with a standard multi-point, concealed locking mechanism. This unique and innovative system sequentially locks the window from bottom to top and neatly conceals all locking parts to create a clean look. A single point version is also available for Loewen Awning windows.

Door Hardware

Loewen Terrace and Sliding Patio doors are available with a range of hardware options. Our Terrace (TD) and French Terrace (FD) doors can be fitted with either standard Meran or Verona handles, and our Sliding Patio doors give you a choice of three handle designs. All are available in an array of optional finishes. Optional designer handles are available for Terrace and French Terrace doors — Churchill and Shropshire.
